Services

We provide call monitoring, recording, billing, and softphone applications as described on our website and any executed order forms.

Accounts & Acceptable Use

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
  • No unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent calling is allowed.
  • No probing, reverse engineering, or disruption of the service.

Payments

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance; usage and DIDs as quoted.
  • Late invoices may incur service suspension.
  • All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

Data & Privacy

We handle personal data according to our Privacy Policy. You must have the right to provide any data you submit.

Availability & Support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We provide support through email, WhatsApp, and Telegram during business hours.

Disclaimers & Liability

Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability to the fees paid in the prior three months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
